2.1 Waitlist sign-up

When you sign up for the Aiwryt waitlist, we collect:

• Email address — to notify you when the application launches, provide early access information, and share relevant product updates.

Legal basis: Your freely given consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), expressed by ticking the checkbox in the sign-up form.

Your consent is voluntary. You may withdraw it at any time by emailing us at hello@aiwryt.com or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any message we send you. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

3. How long we retain your data

We retain your email address until:

• the application launches and the waitlist is converted into a full user base, or
• you withdraw your consent, or
• 24 months have passed since your sign-up, if the application has not launched by then.

Note on international transfers: Google Analytics and Ahrefs process data outside the European Economic Area. These transfers are carried out under Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, ensuring an adequate level of data protection.
